Dr. Jonathan Suzuki is a Orthodontist at Landmark Dental Centre in Kelowna
Dr. Suzuki is a board-certified orthodontist with over 20 years of experience. He earned his Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Zoology from the University of Western Ontario, followed by a Doctor of Dental Medicine (Honours), and a Master of Science in Orthodontics from the University of Manitoba. His thesis focused on patients' expectations of orthodontic dental service quality.
Dr. Suzuki’s career includes a General Practice Residency at the University of British Columbia, private practice in Vancouver, Coquitlam, and Kelowna, and leadership roles such as President of the BC Society of Orthodontists and Specialist Society Representative on the Board of the College of Dental Surgeons of BC. He also served on the College's Inquiry Committee, reviewing formal complaint files.
Dr. Suzuki has treated over 5000 cases, including complex multi-disciplinary treatments involving maxillofacial surgery and implants. He practices a wide range of orthodontic techniques, including DAMON, In-Ovation, Incognito lingual braces, and Invisalign, where he is a Diamond + level provider.
Dr. Suzuki is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and a member of several professional organizations, including the Canadian Association of Orthodontists and the British Columbia Society of Orthodontists.
In his free time, he enjoys high-performance driving, golfing, fishing, photography, music, and traveling.
